Once you have determined what will make you happy and have worked to achieve that, then success is a given and vice-versa. Keeping this in mind, it is important to point out that if you set unrealistic goals for yourself you are simply prolonging your unhappiness. The key in realizing your full potential is to be completely honest in your assessment of your potential.
